senbarila is an Esperanto word meaning "without fences", "barrier-free". It expresses the essence of the company's work, which is to help open up user interfaces to all potential users, regardless of background, experience, language, culture and abilities/disabilities.

The company, located in Mühldorf am Inn, near Munich, Germany, was established in April 2003 by Dave Lewis, who also runs the operative business.

To be able to offer a comprehensive range of services, senbarila adds to its own resources by cooperating with highly-qualified and experienced partners:

  • Cross-Cultural Orientation, Dr. Anette Hammerschmidt, Munich, Germany

  • WiWa-Web, Walter Wirth, Pfaffenhausen, Germany
